Salami Stagionato BBS is an Italian aged salami made from select pork, prepared by hand following traditional methods of Salumificio BBS. The company oversees the full cycle - from pig farming to long-term aging.
Cured slowly in natural casing with only salt, spices and time - no unnecessary additives. The result: firm texture, rich meaty flavour with subtle spice, and deep aroma.
