Gorgonzola Piccante Primula Verde is a DOP-certified Italian blue cheese made from cow’s milk, produced in Lombardy by renowned cheesemaker Angelo Baruffaldi.
Unlike the milder “dolce” variety, this piccante version is firmer, more crumbly and features a bold, spicy flavour with a complex, tangy finish. Rich blue-green veining runs throughout, and the aroma is sharp and refined.
