TASTING OF "BIANCAMMARE" WHITE WINES:
- Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG from Il Rocchin winery. The wine conquers with an exquisite, clean, refined aroma with rich notes of fleur-de-lis (orange blossom).
- Derthona. Unlike many white wines, it opens up to the maximum after a long aging in the bottle. The taste of the wine is fresh, spicy, mineral wine. It also has an elegant structure with a long and persistent aftertaste.
- Vigne di Catullo Lugana Riserva, an excellent white wine made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, which matures at an altitude of 50 meters above sea level south of Lake Garda on clay-limestone soils rich in mineral salts.
- Pinot Gris Barriques. The barrel version of this wine was an experiment that turned out to be incredibly successful.
- Barraco's Bincammare is an easy-drinking white wine that combines acidity and flavor with delicate notes of flowers and white-fleshed fruit with an enveloping iodized aroma.
